Following a refurbishment completed in Q4 2019 we placed this unit on the market and received positive response from a series of prospective occupiers.  Negotiated with parties and agreed commercial head of terms and liaised with the legal teams to address solutions to issues raised and completed within an eight week period in January 2020.
